LIBERAL ARTS
Our Liberal Arts degree is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution. The Liberal Arts program provides most of the general education classes you need for a four-year degree, allowing you to complete the first two years of a degree in a small school environment.
When you choose Kilian’s Liberal Arts degree, you will learn to understandthe world from a variety of perspectives and build a foundation for further study in a field of specialization. Our Liberal Arts program includes classes in communications, humanities, fine arts, mathematics, natural sciences and social sciences.

BUSINESS and COMPUTER SCIENCE
With the majority of our business and computer science instructors working outside of the college, our students get the opportunity to learn firsthand from people who work every day in the business world. Our Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business prepares you for a variety of occupations in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Management, Medical Office and Computer Applications/Office Management. Perhaps best of all, many of the programs in this area also provide the flexibility for you to pursue a bachelor’s degree if you desire after you’ve completed your work at Kilian.
If you are interested in getting a degree and quickly gaining employment, we also provide a one-year certificate in Medical Coding and Reimbursement. This certificate provides a fast-track to employment with the potential to return to finish an associate’s degree when you identify a need for additional education. Many of our certificate recipients return for an AAS degree with financial support from their employer.

At Kilian, you can choose from five areas of concentration: Chemical Dependency Counseling, Justice Studies or Social Services.
